 Alhousseini Ibra aus Niger, mit Spitzname: Houche eröffnete letzte Woche das Ténéré. Der Name ist die französische Schreibweise des Tuareg-Wortes fHouche in seinem Tenereür ‚Wüste‘.Das Ténéré ist Geschäft und Take-Away und hat circa acht Sitzplätze zum Essen und Kaffeetrinken. Alle Lebensmittel und Zutaten sind bio, fair und man achtet auf nachhaltige Herstellung. Houche kocht selbst und serviert täglich eine frische warme Hauptspeise nach afrikanischer Art. Beim Festival wird Houche rund um die Uhr kulinarische Genüsse aus seiner Heimat servieren. Wer bis morgen nicht warten kann, der kann jeder Zeit bei Houche vorbeischauen.
